By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Services listed below. PLEASE PREPARE...
An accessible link with clear, legible references of your character.
I will not be accepting written descriptions for character designs.
However, for your request specifically please do be as detailed as possible!
The more directives the better!I have the right to decline commissions if I feel it is out of my capabilities.
Likewise, I have the right to decline commissions if I feel uncomfortable by the subject matter.
 
 
COMMUNICATION
Initial contact will primarily be done either by Email or directly on VGen. However; Email is preferred.
Please allow me 24-72 hours to reply to any/all inquiries from the date the inquiry was submitted. 
PAYMENT
All Invoices will be sent via PayPal.
All prices are in USD.
Payment will be paid in full before I start your commission, unless negotiated.
Unless discussed with me all payments must be paid within 48-72 hours once the invoice is sent out.
If the client fails to comply within that time frame the request will be voided and revoked.

REVISIONS
All major revisions must be done during the draft and sketch phrase.
Any revisions afterwards, unless deemed minor by the artist, will have a fee imposed. 
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Unless there is a specific deadline, the turnaround time for completion of each request can range between 2-4 months. For transparently reasons I have other obligations that require my immediate attention with my personal life and all commission pieces are worked on once I am home.For rushed commissions an additional fee will be charged.

A digital copy of your commission will be emailed to you to the email address used from our initial point of contact. Depending on what service you requested a transparent .PNG and an image with a background will be sent to you.Please discuss with me if you wish to have the original .PSD file.
Depending on the services rendered the layers may be merged to a single layer for file size compliance unless otherwise directed. 
 
USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSDo not repost, edit, trace, claim or profit off my artworks.
Clients cannot use my artwork for profit if the initial request was marked for PERSONAL use.
Please discuss with me regarding commercial usage of my artwork.Clients can post my artwork on their personal platforms or use as PFP/Icons.

Refunds will only be administered depending on the following conditions:• If work has not been started → Full refund can be given.
• If work has been started and is on the Line-Art stage → 25% refund given.
